Suzanne Peretto, 58, of Santa Rosa, passed away after a long illness on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa.

Suzanne was born to Robert and Doris Perron in Fairfield, Calif., on Sept. 25, 1950. Suzanne attended St. Vincent's High School in Vallejo where she met the love of her life and husband, John Peretto. Suzanne became a registered nurse and worked for Kaiser Vallejo for many years before making the move to Kaiser Santa Rosa. Suzanne was loved by all her colleagues and made a lasting impression on all the many lives she touched. Suzanne was filled with joy and lived life to the fullest, to all that knew her there was always a smile on her face and she lit up a room. She was an avid gardner, with a love of nature.

Suzanne loved taking trips to the Russian River and various places with her husband, John, and spending time with her beloved son, John.

She loved decorating her home for every holiday and enjoyed entertaining her friends and family every year for her annual Academy Awards party. Suzanne empowered what it means to live life like there is no tomorrow.

Suzanne is survived by her beloved husband of 38 years, John Peretto; her son, John, and his wife, Monica Peretto; her mother, Doris Perron; brother, Ronnie Perron (Marla) and brother, David Perron. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. She is also survived by her beloved animals, Sadie and Mickey.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Perron, and best friend and brother, Micheal Perron.
