Good Thoughts

L-->R cousin S, Grandpa DW, cousin J, mommy, Uncle Mickey Mouse, Nana, Auntie, and seated Auntie Pat and cousin J.

This is mommy's family (circa 1987) , the family that we spend every holiday with and the family that has been there for every major event in Mommy's life. They are the brothers mommy and Auntie don't have, the younger sister mommy didn't have, and the Uncle who walked mommy down the aisle to marry daddy, in place of grandpa DW, the Aunt who trusted mommy with her only daughter in NYC for a week when they were just 18. We are very lucky to have all of them in our lives.

Aunt Pat is having surgery tomorrow, and a more significant surgery Friday to remove a brain tumor. We need nothing but good thoughts and prayers sent our way. Thank you...
